Endoscopic management of recurrent tracheoesophageal fistula
Today we present an endoscopic management of a recurrent fistula in a 1-year-old child, operated on in the immediate postnatal period for a type 3 esophageal atresia. Reappearance of coughs when feeding prompted a TOGD which revealed a re-permeabilization of the fistula, indicating endoscopic cauterization.
