The eShop is back for the 3DS?! Well...it was....
Update: apparently the discord server is down and this is no longer an option so disregard!
Apparently there is a way to get the 3DS eShop up and running again in some form where you can download the games off of it. It is called the BrewShop and there is a process and approval to get it.
Will post an update when I find out more!
