South Carolina ProStart Invitational 2023
Lancaster County School District Career Center’s ProStart culinary team trained since October for this challenging annual South Carolina state competition. They devised the menu, cost it out and presented it under the stress of competition. Four chefs, one manager, two gas burners and no running water. 3 courses in one hour!
