Mom Holds Son for First Time. EMOTIONAL!
This is the first time I got to hold my son after having him rushed to the NICU due to heart and oxygen complications. Due to having a procedure done where they put IV central lines through his umbilical cord and belly button and being on a SiPap machine for oxygen I was unable to hold or breastfeed him until this moment when we were reunited at last. It was an incredibly overwhelming and emotional experience for me that I did not expect. I was so overjoyed to be holding my son again! It felt amazing!
