This video is about the practical implementation of Lean Management Tools like 6S Kaizen, TIMWOOD waste reduction applications, and Basic Equipment Care initiatives. The Project was led by ACI Lead Consultant Mr. Hasan Haider. who is a renowned "Change Ambassador" and an exceptional motivational speaker in Asia. He has versatile and dynamic 25 years of proven hands-on practical experience as a professional management Trainer/Coach, Consultant, Auditor, and researcher. He played an instrumental role in bringing change in the number of public and private sector organizations through extensive Human Resource Development and mindset change programs. He successfully trained over 120,000 participants from more than 7,000+ companies and conducted over 1400+ national and international workshops. He played an instrumental role in developing 200+ model organizations on various quality and productivity tools applications, especially Super 5S Kaizen/Lean implementation. Mr. Hasan had being serving the National Productivity Organization (NPO), Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan as Deputy General Manager from 2002-2010. He also served Chemionics Inc. Washington DC (USAID Project) as a "Lean Consultant" whereby successfully launched the mindset change program "Kuch Naye Kar” whereby, he developed 30+ model companies in the light engineering sector of Pakistan. He is also serving GIZ-Pakistan (Government of Germany) as a "Lead Consultant" responsible for developing model companies in compliance with Dialogue for Sustainability (DfS) methodology in the textile sector with a specific focus on the footwear/leather sector of Pakistan.
He introduced innovative customized unique mindset change, result-oriented in-house training programs for the effective implementation of productivity tools and environmental, as well as occupational health and safety compliance such as Roshan Kal, Tanzeeme-nau, Zimedar Karkun, Jagoo Kar Dikhaow, Wadha, Tameer-e-Nau, Huner mand Karkon program and other creative programs among the leading public and private sector organizations like Pakistan Spring Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. Izhar group of companies, Silver lake foods, PEL, PTC, Volka Foods, Unilever, dot print, dot care, PIP, Nestle Pakistan, Ecopack, Nishat Textile, Capital Foods, Thermosole, Sayyed Engineers Ltd., Stylo Shoes, Din Textile, Hushpuppies, Starlet Shoes, Clive Shoes, ECS, Xarasoft (Pvt) Ltd, Farhaj Industry (Hushpuppies), Feeture Fashion Pvt. Ltd. (ECS), GREE, Volta Batteries (Pakistan Accumulators), Volta, Indus Fan, Starco Fan, Pak Suzuki, Ravi Motorcycles and over 150 other organizations/model companies across Pakistan. Mr. Hasan has introduced a customized mindset change program whereby the purpose was to change the labor mindset with efficiency enhancement and resource utilization. Besides HRD and consulting activities for national and multinational organizations, he has been actively involved in various research. He is a certified Management Consultant in Tokyo Japan, Certified Six Sigma Green Belt (Korea), Certified Productivity Specialist, Tokyo-Japan, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Knowledge Management Implementer (Fiji), Lead Assessor for Prime Minister's Quality Award, IRCA registered Lead Auditor ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO22000, ISO27001, and OHSAS. He has done his Master's in Business Administration Management Information Systems and Bachelor in Law from Islamia University Bahawalpur.
