Notes:
Roms where not included as you would just point RL to your MAME roms folder.
I added two roms to the usual rom list, they are: nss_actr and nss_sten
I also updated the names for three of the roms to correspond to the name changes made in recent versions of MAME. They are: nvs_mightybm, machrider, and platoon.
