Gas savings, MIG/MAG and TIG welding. Essential in the world of welding, welders, and metal projects in blacksmithing.
The Econogala gas-saving valve is capable of saving up to 50% of any shielding gas used in MIG/MAG and TIG welding processes.
When the gas is cut off during the welding process, there is a considerable increase in pressure on the hose and the pressure regulator chamber, and therefore also on the accumulated gas.
The purpose of the Econogala valve is to reduce this pressure increase and, therefore, shielding gas consumption.
The reduction in consumption depends primarily on the pauses and starts made during the welding process.
The gas savings are considerable, and if your project requires spot welding, you can achieve savings of up to 50%.
It is easy and simple to install, without the need for any special coupling.
The Econogala valve must be used in conjunction with a pressure regulator with a single expansion chamber.

I hope you like these wonderful things from Gala Gar and find them helpful.
The pressure in liters per minute of your regulators depends on your material, type of project, and even your work environment, whether you work in well-ventilated or poorly-ventilated areas.
For example, I work in a TIG welding process at about 8/10 liters per minute.
And in a MIG/MAG welding process, at about 10/12 liters per minute.
