How To Write a Fingerstyle Guitar Tune
Writing music is probably the most common thing I get asked about by students...and I get it. When you're starting out music can seem so mysterious and random.
How do they put all those notes and things together anyway?
So, hopefully I can demystify some of that process today in the video (and accompanying Ebook). This is obviously not intended to be an official set of rules...nor a comprehensive breakdown of the entirety of music composition.
I just want to introduce you to some of the building blocks of music - especially if you haven't been made aware of them yet. Things like chord progressions, melody development, contrast, bass line, rhythm etc. And hopefully inspire you to want to seek to learn more about them and ...most of all....I hope this helps you write your OWN music.
