Base, Primer, Seal MDF Edges, Polyurethane Mirror Furniture
Base or Primer Application:
1- Sand the furniture thoroughly with 180 to 220 grit sandpaper (edges up to 320 grit)
2- Apply the Base or Primer with a gravity-feed spray gun (open the full flow and set the air pressure to 2 BAR or 30 PSI)
3- Wait 10 to 15 minutes for the second coat (if sanding is necessary, wait half an hour)
4- Lightly sand until the surface is smooth with 180, 220, and 360 grit sandpaper
5- Paint the desired color (you can use urethane or pyroxylin paint, no problem)
6- Once the paint is completely dry (8 hours), apply the Clearcoat* and that's it!
*Clear = Polyurethane Varnish (as shown in the video)
