Our home renovation on a 30k budget is so nearly finished! We bought this ex council property on auction for 175k and although our home renovation is still underway, we're finally at the fun final touches! Although we've now creeped over our 30k budget, our home is looking a hell of a lot different than when we first bought it, and we couldn't be prouder!
