The Great British High Street Awards 2019: Explained
The Great British High Street Awards, run by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) in proud partnership with Visa, aim to celebrate the UK’s most dynamic high streets that not only bring local communities together, but pave the way for the high streets of tomorrow.
Winners will be named in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland across two categories – Champion High Street and Rising Star High Street.
The Champion High Street category will recognise the nation’s best high streets while the Rising Star High Street Award recognises those up and coming high streets that are overcoming challenges to transform for the future.
