IMPORTANT NOTE: MailChimp has removed their free app from the AppExchange - BUT you are still able to download the free app if you have the link: https://appexchange.salesforce.com/ap.... There is a new paid app from Beaufort12 that is listed as the 'Official Mailchimp Salesforce integration'. We are sure the free app will be going away and this means all of the enhancements we show you in this video will be obsolete. We are currently working on evaluating the new paid app to understand the keys differences and what needs to be bolted on to enhance the integration. We will come out with a video series on how to extend the functionality in the paid app so you can achieve the same results you had with the free app.

In this video, we will show you how to manage the number of contacts in Mailchimp. The Mailchimp pricing is dependent on the # of contacts you have. Keeping your Mailchimp database clean and free of old contacts will help to keep costs down. We are going to show you 5 ways you can identify contacts that need to be archived, so you are not paying for contacts who are old, bounced or no longer your customers.
Learn how you can automate the archival process using Mailchimp Queries & Journeys:
1. Archive Inactive Contacts
2. Archive Unqualified Leads
3. Archive Contacts who are no longer your customers
Learn about quarterly/annual clean up activities you can do in Mailchimp to identify and archive old contacts:
