DC brushless motor gearbox DIY
This project show how to install gearbox for DC brushless motor A2212
The gearbox is taken from DC brush motor 550 ZGB37R-550
There is also need a plate to install DC brushless motor to the gearbox. Output torque at shaft is more than 2kgf.cm
Step to do:
1. Force the shaft of A2212 to reverse side
2. Take out the gearbox of ZGB37R-550
3. Take the gear out of shaft of motor 550 (use heating to loosen the gear)
4. Install the gear to A2212 (use heat or glue)
5. Make connection plate (Acrylic 2mm, cut by cnc)
6. Install all together
