Luck is a relatively forgotten mechanic in DBD. Its only purpose is it increases the odds of you self-unhooking when attempting. What a lot of people don't realise is that by pairing Slippery Meat with Up the Ante and a couple of Vigo's Jars, you can almost guarantee a self unhook, no conditions required! By pairing this idea with Resurgence, you can end up with a pretty mean build that lets you unhook all by yourself and heal to full health in under three seconds!
