RB Leipzig's U19s were rewarded for a strong performance on matchday 3 of the UEFA Youth League. Coach Sebastian Heidinger's team defeated Liverpool FC's youngsters 3:1. The ninth RBL corner in total in the 37th minute brought the lead as Jamie Schuldes headed in the first goal. From the 62nd minute onwards, we were able to extend our lead: first Noah Weißbach scored from distance, and a little later Heyer was rewarded with a free-standing shot after a pass from Robert Ramsak (64'). However, Morrisson (65') scored on a volley for the visitors straight away. Afterwards, the Young Bulls held on to the lead and won the match!
