Math with Marilyn _ Subtracting Integers
The goal is to rewrite the subtraction problems so they become addition problems. To do so use the following:
Keep, Change, Opposite.
Keep the first number the same
Change the subtraction to addition
Opposite- Change the last number to its opposite sign ( If the number was negative it becomes positive or if the number was positive it becomes negative.)
