Gardener, presenter and author Ellen Mary explains why growing flowers can be so positive for children, from boosting their mental health to learning what friendship and flowers have in common. In 2022 we will launch our Friendship Flower campaign, supporting children to learn about friendship through gardening and spending time in nature.
