The nerfs don't do anything
Even though Nicalis nerfed the Glowing Hourglass to remove all the fun (their purpose ostensibly being stopping donation machine cheesing), it can still be used to get infinite donations. All you need is greater than 15 cents and the Hourglass to show up in a shop that has a donation machine.
NICALIS PLEASE UN-NERF THIS ITEM
(it's also bugged with flies apparently)
