It looks like 8gb VRAM is not enough for this game at 1440p with high/ultra textures. I reduced the textures to medium and fps became more stable (before: 24 1% low fps, after: 38 fps 1% low fps) and fps drops became less. Also, I don't recommend turning on RT and Resizable BAR, as this will increase the VRAM utilization. Nevertheless, patches are needed to improve stability.
