Irvine - Examples - Project32_VS2019 - Project.sln
Retarget to Platform Toolset, might have to install build tools
Use Visual Studio Installer, just Google it
Project - Add New File
ASM file with "include Irvine32.inc" and "call dumpregs"
If you get virus warning...
Open "Virus & Threat Protection"
Virus & Threat Protection Settings - Manage Settings
Exclusions - Add or remove exclusions
Add an exclusion - Folder - Irvine
