You thought I wasn’t gonna do another one of these, but this one was not nearly as bad as my previous Timelapse, I did lose some recordings, I just don’t have a good way of screen recording in sticknodes.
If anyone has a better way of making Timelapse’s for sticknodes let me know, cause I had a lot of fun with making this guy, and a lot of fun setting this Timelapse up.
As for the model itself, it really pushed the limits of my device.
Why? About a 3rd of the 3,590 nodes in this figure are connectors. On there own there alright, but when there in motion, OOHHH BOY it REALLY Tanks on the frame rate, I have not had a worse frame rate since I have tried to animate a frame with a total of 20,000+ nodes per frame.
So hopefully in a new sticknodes update, they optimize the hell out of the connectors, cause I love using the connectors, but it’s kinda pointless if there just gonna lag out the project
Then again I don’t think anyone was intending the use of over a thousand connector nodes on a single figure and then animate it.
Already gonna answer a question that’s gonna get asked, WhEn WiLl ThIs bE aDdEd tO ThE WoRkShOp?!?
It’s not gonna be immediately on the workshop, cause I’m gonna try my best to optimize it the best I can, but I can’t make any promises.
