Fix Horizontal Camera Lag - Minecraft Mod

A Minecraft mod that disconnects the horizontal camera movement from the entity you are riding, eliminating the lag when looking around and riding something.
I used a slower tick speed to exaggerate the lag, but it is still very noticeable at normal speed.
For now, this is Fabric only, but I may port it to NeoForge at some point
