75g (6tbsp) granulated sugar / or brown sugar
1 egg
A pinch of salt
0.5 tsp baking powder
120g dark chocolate (75% cocoa)
Place the dough in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C/374°F for 13-14 minutes.
