The food is pretty good and selections meet my appetite. The soup is pretty good. I absolutely tried and loved all their broths. They have the traditional bone broth, spicy broth (with different spice levels: mild, medium hot). You can select any toppings, veggies, fish balls, noodles and meat you like. They weigh whatever you choose on a scale.They will cook it for you in their special broth. They give you a number and sit on your table. Then they serve all the contents you chose in the broth of your choice to the table. You pay at the end. It's just $13.99 a bowl. I think mine is like ($13.99) x 1.75 pounds and it cost me about $23.
Keep in mind, they charge per lb.. Don't get too much!
