Peter Roy "Lee" Elder is a Biloxi boy made good. A legend in his own right, he scouted and signed some of the best baseball players of the last 20 years. He has won multiple rings with both the New York Yankees and San Francisco Giants on top of being a VETERAN of the Vietnam War.
