Mia Zanotti, also known as Mia Z, born December 1, 1998, in Pennsylvania, US.
Mia Zanotti is an independent artist, vocalist and producer.
She has been combining her love of the stage and the studio since 2012, performing and developing her original music with a variety of live musicians, established artists, studio producers and film composers. Her musical style is defined by her distinctive voice, an expressive instrument known for its haunting beauty and melodic strength.
In 2015, she was selected to appear on Season 8 of NBC's hit show “The Voice,” reaching the top 12 and impressing audiences and judges with her distinctive vocal style and expansive range.
Bolstered by support from artist and producer Pharrell Williams, she worked to improve as an artist during her time on the show, utilizing Williams' unique guidance to help evolve her career. Inspired by his advice to stay true to her identity and artistic principles, she chose the music to perform on the show that best suited her musical style.
Mia Z comes from a musical family. Her grandparents were in a band together. His mother and uncle also played in a band together.
She grew up with a sister, who appears in the "Evidence" video at the end in the car.
Following her departure from The Voice, Mia Z was invited by coach Pharrell Williams to collaborate on an original song at his Los Angeles studio. The resulting single, “Child”.
