1.3.3 MoC Stage 9 Three Star F2P Clear With Starter 9 Team [Honkai: Star Rail]
I was able to clear 1.3.3 MoC with 30 stars using my F2P Starter 9 team. Besides the MoC format rework, Stage 9 is nearly identical to 1.2 MoC's Stage 10. This also means I had to deal with Kafka RNG again for some runs, but luckily it didn't take as long as last time.
