Welcome all to the very first Challange Lab run by Si. This one will be focused on the wicked challenge of how might we develop place-based climate-resilient food systems. The lab runs over five weeks and allows a cohort of participants to apply systems innovation ideas and methods around this challenge.
A challenge lab can be the first stage in incubating a systems innovation initiative around a challenge. The outcome will be the overall strategy the team might take to address the challenge. This then may or may not be taken forward for implementation in a “real lab” which would be an ongoing initiative with resources and team.
