As part of the one-year anniversary of Occupy Wall Street (Sept 17), Minuit teamed up with New York photojournalist Nina Berman to produce this clip. These shots were taken during the time Occupy was in Manhattan Sept - Nov 2011, as well as at Occupy Chicago, May 2012.
But Occupy was one protest at one place in time. There are many causes and a lot of people who hustle tirelessly to fight for fairness. Whether silently amongst communities or loudly lobbying politics. Here's to the watchdogs and the resisters who hustle to keep the planet honest.
