Tasting Menu: COLC/Eurovision
The College hosted an incredible Eurovision-themed tasting menu event in April at our Academy Restaurant in Duke Street. The exclusive seven-course menu, with each course inspired by a country linked to Eurovision success, was extremely popular with our guests. The full menu was prepared by the College’s talented hospitality students, under the expert guidance of specialist teaching staff.
