[Computational Science] Download and Installing PHASE0 DFT Code
How to download and to install the PHASE0 DFT code!
DFT Calculation/Computational Material Science:
1. Go to: https://azuma.nims.go.jp/software/phase
2. On this page (https://azuma.nims.go.jp/cms1/downloa...)
choose the most updated Phase0 DFT Code!
3. Install GNU Compiler
sudo apt-get install make build-essential g++ gfortran
4. Install Blas, Lapack, Scalapack, Openmpi, and fftw
sudo apt-get install libblas-dev liblapack-dev libopenmpi-dev libscalapack-mpi-dev libfftw3-dev
5. Define a local variable in bashrc/zshrc.
vim ~/.bashrc
or
vim ~/.zshrc
add this for your local environtment variable.
(it depends on the location of your installation)
export PATH=/home/lembu/Downloads/0_installing_phase/phase0_2021.02/bin:$PATH
