This video takes you through building an alternative to the supplied FatShark Battery. It lets you use a wide range of voltages - essentially anything with an XT60 connector should work (up to about 35v).
Parts list for the Power Supply Mod:
~ 1 x female XT60 Connector.
~ 1.2 metre/4 ft. of two core wire.
~ 20 cm silicone wire, 20 awg (doesn't have to be - use what you have), ideally 10 cm red, 10 cm black.
~ LM2596 Buck Converter.
~ 1 x 9 - 12 mm long, DC In-Line Jack 2.1 mm x 5.5 mm, ideally right angled.
~ 1 x 2s Balance Lead (JST-XH 2S).
