In this video, we show you how to add thumbnail previews to your projects in Blender.
The first step is to go into Blender and navigate to Edit, Preferences. In the preferences menu, go to the System tab and click on "Make Default". This will register a file association and allow you to see previews of your projects in your file system. Unfortunately, the previews won't be able to be enlarged, but you can use your scroll wheel to zoom in.
Additionally, we show you how to change the appearance of your thumbnails. By adjusting the camera view to what you want the thumbnail to show, you can change the thumbnail to a shaded mode, wireframe, or solid shaded with a bold colour.
We also recommend saving the changes after each step. This tip will help you quickly identify your projects and make them stand out.
