The BRAND NEW Brent Cross West Station! | 10th December 2023 | Exploring the area
Brent Cross West Station opened today (10th December 2023), it was very busy and there were lots of enthusiasts and people from the news / media and of course The Mayor + people from Barnet Council, and many more.
Bus route 316 has been extended from Cricklewood Bus Garage to support the new station and surrounding development, and the 189 has been rerouted to also serve the other side of the station. the footbridge connects the two sides as well, a very useful feature.
My footage from this event is just me taking my camera with me as I explore the area, so you're seeing my footage from me visiting for the first time, never seen it before. for some that might seem a bit boring to watch but don't worry because that's not always my intent and in future videos I will try different styles of filming stuff.

Overall, I think the project always has pros and cons but the station looks nice and hopefully will serve a good purpose, and the project as a whole is certainly better than other similar style projects I've seen, so that's good.
