Times Two Teleconverter
There are different types of Tele converters. I've seen x1.4, x2.0, and x4.0. the one that I used is a x2 teleconverter with a plastic focal element. Though most of these have optics made from glass, I'd say that it's likely that any of these would produce reduced clarity. Even so. I enjoyed the reach that it employed.
