INGREDIENTS:
olive oil, for frying
4 boneless pork chops, ½" thick, trimmed
¼ cup flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
2 large eggs
1 splash milk
1 cup Panko Breadcrumbs
½ tsp ground nutmeg
1 lemon, cut into wedges
