Gluten-free Spiced Almond & Walnut Cookies
Ingredients:
2 1/4 Gluten-free Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 sticks softened Unsalted Butter
1 tsp Vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 tbls molasses
2 tbls buttermilk
1/2 cup each chopped walnuts & almonds
2 tsp each: Ginger, coriander, allspice Powder
1 tbls each: ground cloves & cinnamon Powder
/2 tsp salt
Cookies may be stored in tins up to a week!
