Ramen may be one of those dishes you Can’t recreate at home. Everyone has some kind of Top Ramen at their place sooo.. instead of spending hours making stock, if you buy a good Ramen in the bag like the one I have in this video (could buy at an Asian market or Sprouts) and mix it with some Asian aromatics, your Ramen will be bomb as hell. Here’s the cheating way.... If you don’t want to buy a good Ramen in the bag, then just use the Top Ramen you have sitting in your cabinet. This is what i call my “CHEAT PORK RAMEN” ... easy and inexpensive. enjoy!
