The Goddess Tanya is part of the third circle of the Pantheon Gods, along with Khors, Zhelya, Stribog, Vey, Sventovit, Lelya, and Makosh. She is subordinate to the Goddess Prav, as the Goddess of Paths, as are Lelya-yaga, Zhelya-yaga, Radegast-yaga, Troyan-yaga (Bereginya), Kostroma-yaga, and Semargl-yaga.
Tanya-Yaga corresponds to the surviving Tantra Yoga, which, unfortunately, is still persecuted, not only by Christianity. Nevertheless, the veneration of this Goddess is widespread throughout the Eurasian continent. At its core, the Tanya cult tradition was the principle of wishing others what they wish for themselves—a tradition preserved in the practice of toasts and wishes, which still exists among virtually all peoples.
