So, story behind this. I was streaming. it showed cpu-z and the pc speed. sirkyller said "your speed on cpu-z shows 4715 mhz. is ovc. is not 4700"
So i turned off my pc.
put everything DEFAULT. turned off turbo, restarted the pc, opened up cpu-z. and still. same shitt. still 4715.
