How to make Creamy Coffee Liqueur
4 tablespoons of instant coffee (or 2 tablespoons of ground coffee)
400 ml of water
300 ml of alcoholic beverage - (Vodka - Cachaça - Rom - Gin)
1 cup powdered milk (or a box of heavy cream)
1 cup sugar (200 ml cup)
1 can of condensed milk
1 spoon of vanilla essence
