January 2, 2023 kicks off our now 4th annual virtual Gut Check Challenges. If you’re looking for a little motivation, an awesome fitness goal and a super positive community to keep you on track, then this is the challenge for you.
You start with the 30 DAY OD Green then onto the progressively more challenging but doable Red, White & Blue and if you are craving even more insanity, well you are in luck.
The grand finale is in March which culminates with either the GUT CHECK or the SUCK Black Challenge but wait, there is more. For the truly insane there is the GUT CHECK + SUCK Challenges BOTH completed in a 48 hour period and aptly named the DEVIL’S DOUBLE. Check all of them out on the link below.
