Hi. Well this is a very different video from all the others that I have posted on this channel. I made a Q&A for myself to help me reflect on what I have been doing this past year with the hope that this might me mildly interesting for you (it certainly was for me to say all those things I said out loud) and maybe it help you to start that conversation that you have been avoiding with yourself if you needed to. So this is basically my year review haha (sorry that it ended up been so long, I thought it would be like 15 minute tops).
PS: Now that I think about that, that part about the inner voice is starting to sound to me like a little bit of anxiety... oh well!
