Cozy Christmas Sleep ASMR 🎅🎄 | Heart Rate Tracking Experiment 💤
Join me for a relaxing ASMR sleep stream as I drift off wearing the cutest festive magnetic socks featuring Santa and a Christmas tree holding hands (yes, their little magnetic hands hold each other—it’s adorable 🥰).
I also attempted to track my heart rate live throughout the night! While it worked, the data wasn’t perfect, so I’ll be fine-tuning it for future streams. Enjoy the cozy vibes, soft rustling sounds, and a calm atmosphere perfect for relaxation or falling asleep alongside me.
Let me know if you have any tips for improving heart rate tracking or just want to say hi in the comments!
