🚧 It's time to fall in love with our October 2024 Construction Update! 🏗️
In Trussler West, our first block of Two-Over-Two Stacked Rental Townhomes is almost complete! Meanwhile, landscaping continues on our Condo Townhomes and framing progresses on our Two-Storey Townhomes. In Phase II, our Single Detached homes are seeing the first homeowners begin to move in.
In Vista Hills, you can see driveways beginning to be paved for our Single Detached homes, while our Stacked Condo Townhome site nears completion. Plus, this condo is now registered, meaning no occupancy fees and immediate closings on our remaining Move-In-Ready homes.
Our Harvest Park Community only has a limited number of Single Detached homes remaining for sale in Phase I - don't miss out on the amazing incentives available! Our Condo Villas are nearing completion, with occupancies taking place between now and Spring 2025. Our NEW Freehold Towns and Starter Series home will soon begin construction in Phase II.
