Hocking Valley Steam Train - The Hocking Hustler
Hocking Valley Scenic Railway features the only regularly-operating standard gauge steam in Ohio with former Ohio Power 3, a stocky 0-6-0 assembled in 1920 from spare parts. After a thorough decade-long rebuild concluded in 2018, the 3 became the new figurehead for the 11-mile line in short order and is operated several weekends each year. We’ll see the locomotive bringing passengers up the line and back over three operating days in autumn and winter in this production.
