I personally recommend installing the v1.28g version, not the beta one; because I had a lot of glitches with the beta one that stopped me from being able to play the game correctly
Once you download the file, right click your Civ 5 game in steam and go to Local Files (Properties Local Files Browse Local Files), then go into the Assets folder, then into the DLC folder, and drag the "UI bc1" folder into the DLC folder.
