1. The first way is to book an appointment in other country, there are a lot more countries where you can get an appointment for the US Visa quickly, first of all Kuwait.
The waiting time period for US visa in Kuwait is just 32 days and in Hong Kong it's just 62 days.
2. The second way is to pay money to the agents who are in India Canada or us, they have bulk appointments so they will charge you some money but they will get you an appointment soon.
3. The third way is free of cost but you have to sacrifice your sleep, as you have to wake up between 2 to 5:00 a.m. and open your portal and check whether the dates are available.
