Path of Exile Ultimatum - Farming Inscribed Ultimatums with my favorite build - Occultist Bane + Essence Drain.
An Inscribed Ultimatum can be found as a random drop. The Inscribed Ultimatum requires the specified item to be offered and have a set of pre-selected mods.
Unlike a regular Trial of Chaos, the entire arena is the trial zone (there is no out-of-bounds area) and there is only one wave that lasts significantly longer.
With my Occultist Bane + ED build you can farm all Inscribed Ultimatums, no matter what modifiers you get.
