🔇 Silence the distractions and let's dive into sample slicing! First, I’m setting up a new software instrument and dropping a quick sampler on it. I’m using a sample from Francois de Rebois, importing it into the sampler, and manually slicing it for full control over which parts to use. By setting the polyphony to mono, each new note triggers cleanly without overlapping. A quick tweak to the attack in the ADS section adds a smooth fade to the front of each chop.
